Kaposfest Again a Huge Success
The seventh edition of Kaposfest International Chamber Music Festival was held at Kaposvár, Hungary between 13-19 August. This was the second year under the artistic leadership of István Várdai and Kristóf Baráti.

The fourteen sold-out concerts featured, besides the two artistic leaders, prominent musicians from all over the world: Kirill Troussov, Valery Sokolov, Júlia Pusker, Eduard Wulfson, Eszter Lesták-Bedő (violin), Máté Szűcs, Genevieve Strosser, Blythe Engström, Vicki Powell (viola), Anastasia Kobekina, Ella van Poucke (cello), Vikingur Olafsson, Klára Würtz, Zoltán Fejérvári, Gábor Farkas, Olli Mustonen, Nelson Goerner, Julien Quentin, Péter Frankl (piano), István Kohán (clarinet), the Gryngolts string quartet, David Walter (oboe), Mathieu Dufour (flute), Anneke Boeke (recorder), Emőke Baráth, Olena Tokar (soprano) and the Ensemble Cantilene.
